The Broward NYPD "10-13" Club is centrally located off Rt. 441 in Margate, Florida. The mailing address is NYPD “10-13” Broward County Chapter,  P. O. Box 93-8907  Margate, Fl. 33093-8907. Our telephone number is 954-977-3880. The office itself is located at the American Legion Post #157 1791 Mears Parkway 33063-3748. The office is staffed Monday thru Friday by Club Treasurer Frank Orefice and Executive Board of Director Frank Tooley. Both Franks are available to answer member's questions concerning a wide range of subjects including club info and New York City/NYPD retiree’s benefits. If a question cannot be answered immediately then an answer will be obtained as soon as possible and one of the officers of the club will supply the answer to the caller as soon as possible.
